Reward players for staying in the same lobby after the game

We have all been there, you (finally) get in a game and apparently the game just ended, bummer. But to add salt to the wound half the team leaves and the lobby is discontinued because it does not have enough players.

Maybe a possible solution could be that staying in the same lobby for multiple games could give you extra exp/silver? This might solve the problem.
