Starbound will not start up.

Ive completed the game a while ago but since then wanted to play it again. However whenever i try and open it it opens a window for a few seconds then closes and says its syncing for a few moments, no error message no nothing. I have re-in stalled the game, didnt work. Went into the files deleted everything, didnt work. Any fix to this?
