Is it possible to transfer items from a high SM character to a low one?

Im looking forward to starting a new character for the restart day, and want to give a spellsword type deal a try. I have a SM7mil character with the MLGS and Blue Flame, but I imagine that the bulk of activity on the 25th will be at lower SM. Is there some way to get my items from my current character to the new one that doesnt involve a series of trades that slowly snake down the SM ladder?
