Canon 750D broke, Should i get a refund and buy a 760D or get the 750D repaired or should i just buy another 750D?

I brought the 750D from a Currys/Dixons a few months back. The internal flash recently broke.

1: Should i buy another 750D? 2: Should i Get my 750D repaired? 3: Should i get the next model up that has some professional features (the 760D)?
