Are prices rising in response to the mandatory s2 cards for CS?

Hey guys I'm just at the tail end of my midterm week so I haven't been able to play for a few days. Since the 10 s2 cards are mandatory now have you guys noticed a price increase on the 88+ cards? Thanks!
