Height Challenges and 19" Racks

So we have some mobile networking racks for automated testing. Due to certain coworkers having issues reaching the equipment higher up in the rack, we would like to install some sort of pull out ladder/step stool onto the rack that would facilitate reaching the top of the rack (would have to be stable, we don't want to tip racks over of course). Or hang a ladder on the rack that could then easily be pulled down and set up.

Was wondering if anyone has dealt with this issue and if they made a custom solution or if there is something off the shelf I could purchase.

Thanks! (And if this is the wrong place to post this question, I will happily move it to the appropriate subreddit)
