xbox1 multiplayer dlc disappearing?

As the title says, my retaliation and reckoning multiplayer DLS which i downloaded (and unlocked the cabal) yesterday has disappeared.

Has this happened to anyone before? Is there a fix?

I deleted it and am redownloading it right now but do not think i will get my character back.

EDIT 1: Redownloaded it and my Cabal engineer is still unlocked..Seems to be fixed by deleting and re-downloading
