I'm looking for a dog-friendly apartment.

I don't want to be that guy that posts on reddit looking for apartments, but here I am.

I've been going through Kijiji for months looking for a decent dog-friendly place with little luck. Partially because most are too expensive, partially because I'm quite picky.

Here's what I'd like: A dog-friendly place in the South end for <=$1300/month. I'd prefer not to live in a giant apartment building, too. (I really don't want to live with lots of other students.)

That's about it. Do you guys have any inside tips? Know anyone looking to find a responsible tenant to take over their lease or to rent their apartment? I promise I'm a reasonable person! Can provide proof!
