Good 27 inch monitor for under 300 euros?

I need 27" and IPS for work. I play games sometimes but not competitive or shooters. i was looking at these monitors

  Asus MX279H

  DELL s2715h

My previous screen was a philips 278g4dhsd

I do know 1440p is better at 27" but i never bothered because i haven't had one yet, and at this price tag its not an option.
