[console] Missing Epic Kit After Update

Lots of hits on this topic for PC over the years with different fixes, none of which work for me.

Background: after 2.0 went live, noticed on my main fed toon that one of the kits is gone but not fully. I know, not much sense. The orange epic border is there and when I hover over it the display reads "epic bound to character" but nothing else, the pic is missing too. I don't see the ability on my dial. I think it was a reward from a late story mission that dealt with enemy pets maybe?

It's not in my reclaim tab in the Dil store and I'm afraid of slotting something else in its place in fear of losing it. It's been like this for days after many missions.

Anyone else seeing this after the update or can suggest a fix?

Thanks!
