All these min-max gear posts have seemed to focus on attack and revenge, and sacrifice throw and feat cooldown reduction, and fight honorably.

Forget that. I wanna be/see "that guy" who has an Orochi with maxed sprint speed, throw, revive speed, and feat cooldown reduction in elims. Could you imagine chasing that guy down 4v1 only for him to use gravity on two people, rez a teammate, and use the bow every so often while you are trying to chase him?

You could play cat and mouse forever with that much cheese.
