New auto loan

I just got a new job making 3x what I was (new yearly will be between 90k and 110k), and was wondering how long I should wait before purchasing a new vehicle (3-6 months at new job?). My current credit score is between 650 and 700 (but will be going up after paying down some credit debt (less than 4000 total)).
