Why are all the bad players japanese? (Ps4)

Almost every match where i go to give a player advice after an exceptionally terrible performance, they're usually japanese. I know i should be chill about it, but its honestly infuriating to have a frontline alani, or an assassin miko, or a backlane sniper montana. The worst part is they cant even get my advice because i would only be able to give it in english. Its becoming a terrible pattern that just cant be fixed
