I need help getting Teeth Implants

I'm 26, I live in North Carolina and only have four teeth left in the front of my lower jaw but the end result will be none. Eating and speaking without some slurring is difficult and it adds to the embarrassment of being so young and being without something so important. If I don't get implants soon, the bone in my jaw will go away and it'll only make the situation worse over all. If anyone can help me, I will be forever grateful. I hate to ask for help but the medical fees are just too much.
