Any Musa/Bladers care to share skill builds/ optimal gear ?

Been enjoying my Blader but not too sure what gear i should be aiming for or even what skill build is best. What gear should i be aiming for to grind in Mediah and Valencia ? And if anyone has got any skill build recommendations that would be appreciated
