How did nazis manage to use meth for productivity?

Seriously, how do you get iced out and instead of chasing hookers, start a World War?

They must have written more history in few years time than any other nation in centuries... I must be missing something, please enlighten me. Because if I could use meth in such fashion, I'd be golden.

I'd be willing to pay for good advice, because not using meth doesn't seem like an option anymore...
