BDD : Dark Bahamut vs Dark Cloud

FFVII batch II will be available soon. I check altema, and nothing special except the dark BDD Cloud. I notice a little different in damage and break power between Cloud and dark Bahamut, but not significant.

What concerns me more is the fodder. Not sure if Dark Cloud fodders are available in infinity Mako map on 21th. If not, between Dark Cloud and Dark Bahamut, which one gets fodder sooner ?

Also, is Jessie worth 5 star ? I check altema and she got 90/100 rating. Hesitate if I should spend Growstar on her.
