Why is Leslie stone considered an irrelevant character?

Sure she wasn't a major character but she was a plot forward to Mona's background and she was testifying against Alison and the Liars it's not like she was Talia where she was completely useless and pointless.

Also Leslie knew about Bethany and was in Radley herself.
