How to get an Espeon

Name your eevee Sakura, restart your game and then evolve to possibly get a Espeon. My dad just did it and got one, but I haven't gotten enough data to determine if it is 100%. Post below if you get it or not. I will make a new post for possible Umbreon name

Edit: Im in EST, 6:30pm for those wondering (it doesn't appear to be dawn dusk based like some people thought)

Edit 3: This trick only works once respectively just like Rainer, pyro and the jolteon one and you are not seeming to get an Espeon or Umbreon through random eevolution
