[Letter] Riverfleet suply requirements

Dear Lord Damaran

Our beloved Lord Frey has task House Mooton to organize a fleet to protect our lands in case of an attack from the northern dogs, unfortunately House Mooton is a sea power and therefore lack of the ships needed to move large forces on rivers.

We could use our longships but they don't have a capacity as large as that of your barges, we would be happy if we could have an exchage or if you prefer gold that can be arranged as well.
