Push-to-talk not working

• I am running discord as administrator
• I am not running any games or anything else besides discord
• other keybinds work, just not push-to-talk
• I can rebind the key I'm using for push-to-talk to other things and it works, so it can clearly recognize the key press
• The only fix I've found is simply restarting my PC.

Any other tips? I've scoured google and all I can find is "run as administrator"

Getting really sick of restarting my PC all the time.
