Crank striking on non drive side chainstay

Just received my new frame, had the bottom bracket installed, put the cranks on and, true to the title, the non drive side strikes the chainstay. The frame is a factory 5 stream the cranks are Sugino 75s (the sg75 144s) and the bottom bracket is the Ben's cycle protype bb.. Am I boned? The bottom brackets are proprietary and all only come in 68x109.
