Need advice on my poor subie

My 07' Impreza 2.5i sedan is more or less fucked. dead engine cuz I didn't have enough oil along with many other things apparently (although it wasn't due for an oil change for another 4k miles fml) and I bought it from a shitty car shop.

Long story short I've lost about $25k between getting my first car which was totaled up until today.

I have a warrantee with about $2k left to cover stuff but I need a whole new engine and new back left wheel OR set of wheels.

Do you guys recommend I repair the old boy and sell him; would I make back my $7k investment from the beginning purchase at least?

Or should I scrap her and accept the fact I got scammed?

It just sucks. Don't make my mistake y'all.
