Ladies, what are signs of a good first date?

So last night I met a girl at the bar. We had a good time talking and towards the end of it I got really sleepy because I work two jobs, therefore my conversation skills started to drop. I apologized but, she knew my schedule so she seemed fine with it. I paid for the drinks and walked her to her car. She gave me a hug thanking me for the drinks, a good time, and saying it was nice meeting me. Knowing this would probably end with a "no connection" text later, I decided to try something different. Normally I would say "you too" and head to my car. This time I held onto her arm as she turned back to her car, and pulled in back facing me and said, "come here." (Softly, not harsh or forceful) I went in for the kiss and she kissed me back. It was great. I told her I wanted to see her again. She said, "we'll make it happen." She texted me when she got home, essentially saying the same things before the kiss but, no "no connection" text. I texted her back but she never responded and now I'm wondering what might have happened. Granted, I can over analyze things to the point of insanity. But, ladies what do you think of how it ended, and what signs do you give that you had a good time.

Before anyone asks or assumes anything, I was not forceful at all. Once she saw I was going for the kiss she was into it.
