Efficient Construction training

Bank is ready... 6k Protean, 16k Mohogany.

But I realized that someone recently posted a really in dept guide with their 200m construction, including optimal click patterns and everything.

Anyone know where that is? I'm really hoping to do this as efficiently as possible as it's by far the 99 I'm getting this weekend that I'm looking least forward to haha.
