Severely broke my left arm. Should I work out the other side of the body by itself?
Hello r/fitness,
About a month ago, I broke both my radius and ulna completely. I had surgery 2 weeks ago and am now out of my cast and in a forearm brace. I have been doing legs and watching my upper body deteriorate at an alarming pace.
I looked this information up and have been getting mixed answers. Some say that unilateral exercises on one side is beneficial while others preach to avoid the major imbalance. Which is it? Should I just stick to legs or add in some one armed exercises.
