«Time» errors when shutting down or restarting laptop

Most of the times I shut down or restart my laptop «time» errors appear and it does not shut down automatically.

Here are some pictures of the shut down process. It displays 8 stop jobs that are still running and when they timed out, it displays some lines of «ok» and then says «Reached target Shutdown» but does not shutdown automatically so I always have to press the power button.

I am using Fedora 25 on a Dell XPS 13 9350.
