Does this girl like me?

Ok so I gave the girl I like a present on Valentine's Day. When I gave it to her she was really happy and hugged me for about 10 seconds and it was really tight. She told me that I was sweet and the gift was adorable and that she would cherish it forever. Before she went back with her friends she said "Thanks I loved it" and winked at me. Im just wondering if this means that if she likes me or not.
