Phantom IL Review

Alright so I finally got my Phantom IL, was about to order his NM when this bad boy came out so used my bitcoins for this instead because it looked sexy as hell

Communication: 10/10 - I didn't have to communicate with him whatsoever, everything was self explanatory and very easy

Shipping: 11/10 - Turnaround time was exactly a week which has been the fastest I've ever had for an ID so far. Very impressed

Pricing: 10/10 - $80 For one and a dupe is about the best you're going to get out there for a high quality state/ID such as this one

Template: 10/10 - Template is sexy af, coloring is matched very well, microprinting is nice and crisp, even the weird ass lines around Lincolns head is correct, the ID has that "real feel" to it, teslin isn't too slim or anything, bends well like real teslin does.

Laminate: 9/10 - Laminate is super glossy and for once I don't have any annoying airbubbles or hairs under the lam so I'm really happy with with that.

Ovi: 8.5/10 - Super bright for the most part, only thing is the "ILLINOIS" Can sometimes be a bit hard to totally make out at first between the rest of the gloss

Photoshop: 5/10 - This is where I really have to knock the ID. So I look pretty damn yellow in this, like it literally looks like someone literally went over part of my face with a highlighter, granted the picture I sent in wasn't the greatest but I've had better PS jobs done before on other IDs with the same photo. Other issues are that my hair which is originally brown looks essentially black in this pick and more black than normal, also the ear shadows might just be a bit too big in my opinion. Maybe I'm just being really nitpicky and hopefully I won't run into too many problems but overall my highlighter face draws a bit of concern for me

Perfs: 10/10 - This is the first ID I've had with perfs and boyyyy do they look beautiful, really tightly put together and no weird gaps or holes out of place, super professional

Scanning: 8/10 - Scans correctly on my PDF417 App. BCS Does just the first 7 digits of my zip but I think that's just being dumb as hell because it did that for my OTC SC too

Signature: 7/10 - Signature is a bit thin but its not too bad honestly

Usability: x/10 - TBD

Overall 8/10 - Bought this because I'm moving to WA and as much as I like FYDs EDL I don't feel comfortable using it instate. For the price and the turnaround time you can't beat this right now in my opinion, especially with how high quality of an ID Phantom makes. The only thing maybe holding this back is the photoshop that I'm a bit worried about but we'll see how it turns out after I use it a few times. Will be visiting Chicago fairly soon so I'll kinda get a chance to see how it fares, otherwise I'm happy though
