What did you used to be afraid of when you were younger?

Late night fright here chaps. Inspired by one of my answers on another thread - what used to give you a good spook as a kid? Or still does, of course.

My top three was probably Gizmo from Gremlins, the living puppet from Goosebumps and chimpanzees.
