Puck blink or Ethereal Jaunt after phase shift interaction with chrono

So I was testing that interaction and I found out something weird.

Some times you can blink or Ethereal Jaunt outside of chrono if you are phase shifted inside it and some times you can't. Be aware that you need to face the direction you want to blink with dagger in order to blink out, otherwhise you will fail 100% of the times trying to turn. I can't find a reason this interaction is not the same all the times but I guess that's dota 2 and I don't think it is my fault failing to do it always correctly.
