3rd Party Kayak Storage Suggestions

Hey kayaking friends,

I'm sure this has been asked before, but what kind of storage have any of you found for your kayak if you're unable to store it on your property?

I just moved into an apartment (from a shared house with a garage) and need to put my 13-footer somewhere. The old roommates don't want to hold onto it, and I don't want to rely on friends to store it for me.

The ideal situation would be low cost, and easy to access. I'm looking into local marinas and storage facilities currently.

FYI, I'm located near Oakland, CA
