HELP, BSOD error code "INACCESIBLE_BOOR_DEVICE"

Hi guys, i have this laptop with windows 10 installed on it, and i needed more space so i bought an 2tb external hdd, i tried making 2 partitions in device manager but the power source disconnected while it was creating the second partition. nothing happened but then i rebooted me laptop and i got stuck in a bootloop. i've tried rebuilding mbr, doesn't work. i've tried creating a bootable usb with windows 10 installation also doesn't work. i really need help with this as i spend a fortune on this laptop
