Do i have gout? Some issues in big toe but no real pain

Hi everyone,

just wondering if there are early symptoms of gout without any pain. Since Monday, My big toe feels like the joint connecting it to my foot needs to be cracked. I've been twisting and turning my toe but no luck. anytime i wiggle my toe around i can feel something there

Pain is like a 2/10

My dad has gout. i've seen how bad it can get. I generally eat clean/healthy (a lot of chicken), but when i cheat, i binge. 10+ beers in 1 sitting/ Boxes of sweets, cakes, and donuts.

I'm very active. Currently training for an ironman (although i'm taking a short break just in case my nagging toe ache is not gout related) and I also Boulder.

Any input would be appreciated.
