Do PBT caps absorb some of the click/clack? Also are Cherry blues not as loud/clicky as Kailh blues?

I just got a new poker 3 in the mail today and it came with some PBT caps. When I took it out of the box, I was really disappointed, as the blues on it weren't nearly as loud as the Kailh blues on my RK61 this board is replacing.

I swapped the PBT caps out for the ABS caps from my RK61, and the sound is a bit louder, but they aren't as clicky as the Kailh switches for sure.

And a final question, I noticed all the switches have "Cherry" written upside-down on the poker, is that normal?
