Hallelujah Money MP3 or FLAC?

I want to get Hallelujah Money on my phone but I noticed the song wasn't on the google play store. Can you only pirate it / YouTube to mp.3 it? If so can anyone recommend a good YouTube to mp3 converter that wont botch the sound quality?
