Help me in my situation?
Okay so I am in the national guard, and college, and the college's ROTC program.
I am tracking my meals, and trying to track fitness, but I need to know if I am hurting my body, and what I need to do to improve. So, im 5'5, ~145 pounds and reasonably fit, good chest, decent arms, but fat on my lower stomach I want to get rid of.
PT is about 4 times a week, and I try to do some workouts on my own when possible. So I wouldn't mind gaining some arm muscle, but I mostly want to loose belly fat, I really don't care about my actual weight I guess, I know building muscle adds weight but I just want my stomach fat gone.
So after tracking my food, I am only getting around 1-1.2k calories a day. 60-150 carbs (trying to cut back on those) and like 70-110 grams of protein a day.
Typically 3 scrambled eggs in the morning, with my big meals being at dinner time, with a small but not always healthy lunch. (I stopped drinking sodas, and stopped eating fast food)
I am a VERY picky eater, no fruits or vegetables with the exception of a salad every now and then. (I know, kill me). I also have the Rule 1 protein powder but only make a shake with it like once every 2-3 days, so that might help get some more in me.
So, with as much as I am staying active through the day, I know I should probably eat MORE, but after being on this college diet for a while I am no longer very hungry that often like I use to be, and I am trying to lose fat. So... any tips or suggestions?
