Fans on max, no display.

Was gaming with some friends when my mic stopped working and a few minutes later my pc shut off. I was able to get it back on, but it shut down once again and now when I try to boot theres no display but the LEDs/fans kick on to max. I tried booting without RAM and with the gpu unplugged. Not sure what else to do. Is it a faulty PSU or MOBO? Any help is appreciated.
