Top 10 stupid things I've done under caffeine withdrawal

I am really feeling these withdrawals. Whenever I've felt like this in the past, I've gone back, full-force, to coffee. I'm past caring about anything right now, so I'll use that in my favour to keep plowing away.

These are things I've never done before but are happening now:

  1. Using the wrong names in emails. Someone with the first name, but different last name.

  2. Not acting on to-do notes I write for myself.

  3. Irritable. A given. It's hard for me to assess whether I should be angry at something because I'm angry at everything.

  4. Skipping the gym

  5. Skipping recreational sports.

  6. Forgetting about a meeting/not checking my calendar and showing up late.

  7. Eating. Ineffectively trying to eat the fatigue away.

  8. Difficulty finding the words to convey what I want to say. I get impatient with myself as I'm speaking.

  9. Unrelentable fatigue. I had a few moments of clarity yesterday. Today, I just want to watch Netflix or play games. Just like every night this week.

  10. Not feeling anxious about any of the above. This is the scary one for me. Normally I beat myself up about not being disciplined and on-point.

I really wanted to hit the gym tonight. Maybe I still will. Who knows. I don't know if I care...
