How to get only IPv4 address from a server with HTTParty/Net::HTTP?

in Indonesia, our ISP can't support client side IPv6 address, yet my ruby app apparently always trying to get the IPv6 first, and after tens of seconds it will change to IPv4.

Any idea on how to force the http client to always target the IPv4?
