[MOD] Peek From Concealment (Safer Buildings and Rooftops!)

This is an experiment that I hope will help prevent the concealment mechanic from pushing people into the middle of a highway on every map.

From u/O_Protagonista:

Hide in rooftops? NOPE! Hide in back alleys or inside buldings? NOPE! Staing in the middle of the road is the best possible hiding place! And go hide behind that trashcan!

I describe the rules on the mod link, but basically:

  • You won't be revealed by peeking out of high cover
  • You won't be revealed by looking down from low cover (eg. over a roof or into a skylight)

For now I've settled on making a universal change to the mechanics rather than class-specific perks. This does mean that, if a pod is moving through an alleyway, you could get some sick trenchgun/flamethrower ambushes. I thought about it for a while and decided that would be pretty awesome. There might be as well be an incentive to actually use buildings more!

It feels reasonably balanced to me after I decided to (by default) bump detection ranges up by 1 to compensate. But I might just not be exploiting it creatively enough.
