Trophy hunter perk- Bugged?

i put the perk on my armor and on the last kill, if it procs to count as 2 kills ( 1-2= -1), the task will end but will not give me the points

i had witness this before, but played it off as my tired eyes playing tricks on me.

however, today i just did my 450th task from Morvan and the same thing occured, my perk proced on the last kill to count as two and i didnt get my 300 points.

this cant be intentional right? I've read the perk and it doesn't state that i forfeit my points if it procs as two kills on the very last one? could we get this fixed( and perhaps i could get those slayer points back? )

Has this happened to anyone else?

also I've already sent in a bug report, but wanted to get other people's thoughts.
