Game wont Load after pressing Play Button

I wiped my P.C. and then redownloaded eso through steam. When I press the play button on the launcher, the game doesn't load while the play button looks like it is loading then resets itself back. No error comes up or anything, the game just doesn't load after pressing the play button on the launcher. Anyone know any fixes?
