PC Keeps Freezing Up and is having Booting Problems... NEED HELP!

The Freezing Problem: So my PC keeps freezing up at random and becomes unresponsive. For instance, if I click on chrome, steam or any other application it just wont open. Also, task manager fails to respond and wont work. Sometimes if I completely restart my computer it will work fine for an 1 hr or two and then my computer will freeze again. Not sure what to do at this point considering I have updated my drivers, performed numerous malware scans, etc. Also, recently as I was playing for honor, my windows explorer 32 failed and was unresponsive. How to restart to correct that too. I am currently running a I7 4770k with a Gtx 1070. The Booting problem: This happens at complete random. As I reboot my computer the windows sign comes up with the loading bar and it spins infinitely. The only way to fix it is if I restart my computer again. Sometimes I have to restart 3-5 times before it actually goes through. Thanks for the help.
