Weather suggestion.

I already saw a lot of discussion regardless the Weather mechanic. You can play around it in some ways (the best is probably mulligan for [[First Light]], buff the affected row, use units on another row or even just go to the other round, you will probably have some room to work with), but what I noticed is that it's very hard to win when a Weather card is used more than one time on a same row or every row is under the effect of a Weather card. So what do you think if a restriction like "you can only use X Weather card one time each round" or "you can only use a weather card once per round" (this one I think is more radical). I think that it could even open more room to deck building to the Weather decks since to many copies of those cards would be useless. Or do you think that the mechanic is not a problem ? Thanks.
