ROM help!

I have an OnePlus3 stock updated to latest version. I can't bear the screen lag anymore, while I do have two games on the phone I need to use Word and the camera app for work. Even those two apps lag, loading time can take from instant to 2 seconds and I simply can't bear this... Sorry for the rant but that's it, I need it to actually work properly.
