It's raining men

I have had a bottle of it's raining men waiting to be rotated into my shower as soon as I finished up a different gel, and I noticed that at the bottom of the bottle it looked like the product had separated some. I tried shaking it to remix it, but didn't have any luck. Is it normal for this to happen with this product? It doesn't smell off and other than the separation it doesn't look bad. I'm just wondering if it's still safe to use. I know the if it smells good and looks good rule of thumb, but didn't know if this would make it unusable in anyway.
