Looking for a interesting psychology book?

Hello everyone I was wondering if you guys can help me out. I dont read at all but there has always been a topic that intrigued me. I am in nutrition and I like my program a lot but I have always been interested in psychology books. I am looking or books that explain stuff like body language, facial expressions that can be examined to read people. Understanding what makes people tick and stuff just about reading people i have always wanted to learn. In articles I have read for school studying the fact of why people think the way they think around food or even show like Bull, and Scorpion or even Criminal minds have always interested me, Ik it may be a long shot but I just thought I would ask.
