I'm very talkative in groups, but struggle one-on-one

I've had trouble for a while being autistic, with connecting to people. I find myself incredibly talkative, even to rather annoying levels, when I'm in groups or in class.

On the contrary, I can barely do anything one-on-one with individual people. I can't connect with others and I feel incredibly lonely.

I know you're supposed to make eye contact and ask about things, but I've always found this to be incredibly hard.

This has probably been asked a dozen times, but please help if you can.
