Is dino positioning server side now?

It would appear dino positioning is server side now and it is causing all types of fucking hell for our tribe. We have had dimetredons, turtles, ichys all die while not even rendered. We lost an adult giga while on follow because the server would not register it was out of the water for about 20 seconds after it was. Anyone else experiencing hell for the last week or two? It would seem as if breeding cooldowns and timers are now on the server side as well. It has been quite shit trying to mate things this week. Change it back to how it was please.
